Yes, that's true, you can buy that ticket! It's name is Balkan flexipass! It costs around 50 EUR for the people under 26, and around 80 EUR for the people who are over 26 years old. It is valid for 5 trips in 30 days, for 2nd class trains. There are some options for 10 trips, but I'm not sure about prices.

You can buy it in Belgrade, for example, at the railway station.

Here is an official info from Serbian railways about that card:

http://www.zeleznicesrbije.com/active/en/home/glavna_navigacija/putnicki_saobracaj/medjunarodni_saobracaj/komercijalne_povlastice_v01.html

but, there is no information about price.

There is another link, but the prices are not correct, or maybe they are, but for the 1st class:

http://www.train-ticket.net/europe/railpass/balkan/index.htm

Anyway, it costs 50 EUR for the people of your age, and you can buy it when you arrive in Belgrade!

Welcome!

edit: Bokas already gave you good ifnormations, better than mine :)
