Hi everybody. I'm going to Srbija on September 24th to October 13th, so now i'm trying to make a roadmap. I decided that I will visit Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Kraguevac, Nis and maybe Negotin. I have some thoughts on visiting Kosovo, but I'm not sure about safety and I'm not sure that there are a lot of stuff to see. And one more thing... where should I say that i'm russian and where I'd better avoid that?  :-\

P.S. You can reply on both english or serbian. Hvala upredu  ::crazy:

I've bought already a t-shirt labeled "КОСОВО JЕ СРБИJА", shall I remove it before going to K?

yes,you should.

your plan is really intresting usually travelers who come here are visiting LP cities like:belgrade, novi sad,subotica....i've never heard somebody visited negotin and there are a los of intresting stuff in east serbia,i would also strongly recomend Valjevo,it's the city in western serbia with 5 rivers and a lot of nature sights.

negotin is a jewel, make sure you visit the museum, the curator there is a great guy with loads of cool stories to tell, he ll give u great advices for that area which is simply wonderfull!..

Valjevo is just beautiful!! I visited it a couple of weeks ago and promised myself to go back asap:) please visit it and try to visit some of the villages on river Drina near by ..

if u r on www.couchsurfing.com you can find at least 2 guys in both of these cities who proved to be great hosts!! Ivica in Negotin and Slavoljub in Valjevo!

if u r not a member of this community I stronlgy recommend u to join it, if u still do not want to join send me a message and I ll give you contacts if you want:)

Thank you, Ivana! I'm not registered in couchsurfing, but I know that resource. I won't go alone, so It's better to use some hostel I think if there are any in Negotin, of course...

I don't know where you come from, but I believe that you are completely safe in Kosovo as a foreigner. Belgrade, Novi sad and Subotica are places you simply must visit and you will surely have a great time because there are so many beautiful things to see. Greetings!

Yes, now I see that you are russian, but don't worry, I don't think that anybody in Kosovo would dare to insult you or anything, just don't brag obout it. Again, have a good time and welcome! :spot:
